The Vertueux restaurant invites you to a bistronomic experience where French cuisine opens up to the flavors of South America.
Trained at some of the world's finest double-starred establishments, including Maison Rostang, Senderens and L'Orangerie as sous-chef, chef Raul Meza embodies a new generation of travelling chefs with a dual culinary culture.
As chef-owner of Le Vertueux in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, he has created a cuisine that is free, expressive and refined, reflecting his rich background and deep-rooted passion.

The restaurant welcomes you in a modern and elegant setting, with a luminous atmosphere in the first room and a cosier atmosphere towards the interior. A confidential room in the basement is available for group events.
